The United Buddhist Order of Penang (UBOP) is a non-profit organization entrusted to manage Dhammayut Forest monasteries, in the tradition of Phra Ajaan Sao Kantasilo and Phra Ajaan Mun Bhuridatto, located in the state. Presently, there is a monastery in Penang managed by UBOP, the Vihara BoonRaksa, located in Balik Pulau.
In addition, UBOP aims to foster unity and fellowship among Buddhist communities of all traditions in Penang, by establishing a network comprising Buddhist societies, ordained members, and the laity, to collectively strengthen and support each other in the cultivation of Dana (generosity), Sila (morality) and Bhavana (meditation).
There are two categories of UBOP membership, namely Affiliated Members and Individual Members. We sincerely welcome like-minded organizations, the ordained and lay communities, to join us as we walk together along the Path.
槟城佛教联合会（UBOP）是一个非营利组织，受托管理该州的PhraAjaan Sao Kantasilo和PhraAjaan Mun Bhuridatto传承Dhammayut森林寺院。目前，槟城有一座由UBOP管理的寺院，即位于浮罗山背的Vihara BoonRaksa（福持寺）。
此外，UBOP旨在通过建立一个由佛教社团、僧伽和在家居士组成的网络系统，促进槟城所有传统佛教社团之间团结与联谊，共同在Dana（布施）、Sila（持戒）和Bhavana（禅修）方面互相扶持。
UBOP会员分为两种，即附属会员和个人会员。我们真诚地欢迎志同道合的组织、僧伽和在家众加入我们，一起在这道路上同行。
